1. Contact support
Marble Lane is developed and supported by LumeTech LLC. For help, email contact@lumetechllc.com.
When reporting an issue, please include:
- Your device model and operating system version.
- The app version, if available.
- Your browser name and version, if you play in a browser.
- What happened and what you expected to happen.
- The steps that led to the issue and any error message.
- A screenshot, if it helps explain the problem.
Please leave out passwords, payment details, and unnecessary personal information. Parents and guardians are welcome to contact us on behalf of younger players.
2. The game will not open or is not responding
- Close the game completely, then open it again.
- Restart your device.
- Check your app store for an update to Marble Lane.
- Check that your device has available storage space.
If the issue continues, contact us with the details above. Avoid clearing app data or uninstalling the game while troubleshooting if you want to keep locally saved progress.
3. Sound, narration, and motion controls
I cannot hear the game
Check your device's media volume and silent mode. Check whether sound is playing through connected headphones or a Bluetooth speaker, then close and reopen the game.
Narration is missing or sounds different
Narration uses your device's text-to-speech capabilities. Available voices and pronunciation depend on your device and language settings. Check whether a voice is available for the language you use, and include your device language when contacting support about narration.
The jar or Tilt control does not respond
Motion features depend on device and browser support. Tap the jar or Tilt control and allow motion access if your device asks for permission. If the feature still does not respond, include your device model and app or browser version in your support email.
4. Saved progress and local data
Player names, neighborhood settings, marble collections, jars, badges, scores, tournament progress, and preferences are saved locally on your device. Gameplay works offline, without an account or developer-operated cloud saves.
Keep your progress safe: Deleting the app, clearing its application data, or clearing browser storage can remove locally saved progress. We do not hold a server copy and cannot remotely restore records removed from your device.
Device backups, if enabled, are managed by your operating system or backup provider. If progress disappears unexpectedly, tell us what happened before you noticed the issue. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
5. Purchases and refunds
Marble Lane is a one-time paid app with no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the store where you obtained the game.
For billing questions, download problems, or refund requests, use the support options in that store. For problems with the game itself, email us. You can also review our Terms of Use.
